This policy explains what heylally collects, why, and the control you keep over it. Plain language, no dark patterns.
1. What we collect
heylally stores the booking, customer and conversation data you and your customers provide so the service can function. We also keep basic account and billing details and standard server logs.
2. How we use it
Data is used solely to operate your account: scheduling, reminders, notifications, and the AI receptionist. We never sell it and never use customer conversations to train third-party models.
3. Data isolation
Every record is scoped to your business by a tenant boundary enforced at the query layer. Tenants never see one another’s data.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active. Closed accounts are purged after a short grace period unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Your controls
You can export your booking, customer and analytics data as CSV from the dashboard. To delete your account and its data, contact support — deletion is permanent.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working: your session, form protection, your chosen language and your cookie choice. The analytics tools Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand how visitors use the site (Clarity also records interaction with the page), and they run only after you consent in the cookie banner. If you choose «Essential only», they are not loaded. The dashboard runs no analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of the page.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised any time — see the contact details below.
